For this, Cafundó created a planned kitchen simulator for Midea that helps its consumer to visualize the final composition of their dream kitchen in a matter of minutes and in a very simple and fun way.
Creating a virtual environment that guarantees good quality visualization of the prototype in relation to the real kitchen is not at all simple. In addition, a lot of care must be taken to ensure that the project has good usability and ensures that the user can carry out actions without major difficulties or doubts.
From the beginning we knew that the environment had to be in 3D to ensure the user's total immersion. However, for this to become viable, it was necessary to think about what would be the best software to be used. Given this scenario, we decided to create our own development solution with HTML and Javascript. Decoration styles were defined for three different environments and also some customization options, ranging from customized floors to walls that could be painted by the user. All modeled to ensure a good number of customization options for the consumer.
